The Phoenix Residence, Inc. owns and operates many community based 4-6 bed room residential homes in Ramsey, Dakota and Washington Counties. We provide a wide range of services at all of our sites, which includes:

• Nursing - The nursing department is supported by a 24 hour on-call physician and on-call nursing. Our RN’s, LPN’s and TMA/TMP’s also play an important part in our resident’s care and in medication administration. Staff in each home assist residents with making medical and dental appointments and assisting them with getting to each appointment accompanied by one of our direct support staff. Nursing also coordinates care with specialty supports like Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Nutritional Services.
  
  We provide primary nursing, which ensures that each resident has continuity of care from a nurse who know him/her well. Our care is as individual as each resident is. Simply put, we care.


• Environmental Services - It is responsible for:
  1. Maintaining the building and grounds in good condition
  
  
  2. Providing a clean, healthy and safe environment for residents and staff The department is staffed by very professional and dedicated people who take great pride in their work. We constantly strive to be sure that our building is sparkling clean, fresh and safe for all the people we serve. We regularly review and make every effort to keep up to date with new equipment and building improvements. It is also our goal to stay very current with decorating ideas and techniques to insure that our homes are always comfortable, attractive and enjoyable.


• Occupational Therapy - These services are contracted as needed per individual team recommendations
