Application Process
We are accepting applications for the available positions listed below. If you are interested in applying, applications can be completed at our Central Office. We can be found at:
330 Marie Ave. E, West St. Paul, MN 55118
Applicants may come to our office Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 3:00pm and Fridays from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Please set aside an hour and a half to complete the application process. Our application can also be downloaded here.
Please email your completed application to jobs@phoenixresidence.org. All applicants must watch a 25 minute video and answer some additional questions that are not available online, so if submitting an electronic application please plan on coming to our office to complete the process before being considered for an interview.

Support Professional
The Support Professional provides direct care and active treatment for the individuals that live in our homes.
Shift Hours
Typical shifts for our Support Professional positions may include:
Days: 6:00am-9:00am (weekdays)
Days: 6:00am-2:00pm (weekends)
Evenings: 3:00pm-10:00pm
Nights: 10:00pm-8:00am
Shift start/end times and length vary based on location, day, and resident need. Applicants are matched to a position based on their availability to work and interest in the location.
