Phoenix Earns Top Workplace Award

The Star Tribune names The Phoenix Residence among the National Standard Top Workplaces this year in their annual survey.

We are delighted to let you know that The Phoenix Residence received special recognition of being named a 2020 Star Tribune National Standard Top Workplace—a ranking that places us among the best of the best.

The Star Tribune recently published the National Standard list on their website, and on Sunday, June 28, we will be listed in the Star Tribune special section “Top Workplaces 2020” print edition as a National Standard Workplace.

The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey that many of our staff members completed a few months ago. It recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. We thank those staff who were selected to complete a survey.

“We are extremely proud of the work that we do here at Phoenix and are equally proud of the community we have formed here at Phoenix,” said President & CEO Darlene Scott. “The employees of Phoenix are amongst the most compassionate and committed people I have ever met; United in an effort to help people with disabilities live their best lives.”

Nearly 3,000 organizations were invited to participate in the survey and over 76,000 employees shared their views. We are honored to be included in the list of Top Workplaces, especially since the judges were our dedicated employees!

Thank you to our staff for making The Phoenix Residence such a great place to work!
