One Program Manager Shines This Month
Pam Owen of Viking House is awarded Manager of the Month for June.
Pam Owen has been a strong and steady presence at Viking House. Some of the individuals are having a really difficult time not being able to go to work each day, but Pam is making it fun for everyone while they are at home. She has the garden planted, the grill out, the patio looking inviting, and she even allowed individuals to use her for target practice during their squirt gun fun! Pam welcomed a new person to Viking House and handled the admission without missing a beat; she helped coordinate COVID testing for everyone living at the home, and she has been dealing with a number of staffing issues with creativity and professionalism. Pam, we truly appreciate your dedication to Phoenix and to the people we serve. You go above and beyond and always with a smile on your face.
