"Dede is an extraordinary leader. She works in the capacity of the Program Manager at Eric’s and Nurse Consultant in the South Grouping. She always takes on extra items to help others, regardless of which role she is providing services for. Her smile is infectious and much needed during stressful situations for the girls at Eric’s House. She makes sure the ladies at the home have a fun-filled life, celebrating holidays, birthdays, and togetherness within the home. They are starting their planning for another vacation in the near future, which had been on hold during the pandemic. Thank you for everything you do!"
