Phoenix Announces April Manager of the Month
This month, nursing consultant Maryan Connell took home the award.
Maryan Connell is one of our healthcare superheroes! She assured the individuals and team members as COVID affected two of her home simultaneously. She managed the COVID clinics and addressed numerous questions regarding the vaccine. She keeps families informed as changes occur in the individual’s healthcare needs, and because of that, there have been great changes in the communication of the people she provides healthcare for. She has great relationships with IDT team members. There have been several new staff, including float and temp agencies, and she is one of the first individuals they meet with. Her kindness during training puts everyone at ease. Maryan is a blessing for all.
