The 5% Campaign Passes . . . What’s Next?
As we continue to celebrate the success of 2014, we need to focus on 2015 and what to do next to build on the momentum gained by the 5% increase
This summer, send the 5% Campaign team a message of thanks for the 5% rate increase and they will post it on Facebook. Share a short quote, a photo with a caption, or a story of thanks explaining why you are grateful for the increase. Please send submissions to Susie Schatz at Susie.Schatz@lssmn.org.

- 5% Summer Messages: Use the messages provided from The 5% Campaign when you contact legislators during the summer months. They are designed to thank legislators for the commitment they made to Home and Community-Based Services in 2014, and re-enforce our message future investments are needed.
- Nov. 4th Election Resources: View our new resource outlining 2014 election information, as well as answering some frequently asked questions about voting and participating in the political process.
- Grassroots Activities: The 5% Campaign Field Team is working on finalizing information on being in touch with your legislator during the summer months. Available activities include site visits with your current legislators, attending already scheduled town hall meetings, and continuing to be in touch with your local legislators through email and phone communications.
