The Phoenix Residence would like to recognize Niki Novak as the April Manger of the Month!

The Phoenix Residence would like to recognize Niki Novak as the April Manger of the Month! Niki recently joined our manager team at Suburban House and has done an outstanding job!  She is a great communicator; keeping everyone up to date on the happenings at Suburban and knows when to reach out for support.  

Niki also ensures her paperwork is well organized, complete, and on-time.  She has done a tremendous job balancing the different personalities at Suburban House – developing great relationships and communicates changes to the team. Since Niki has been in the management role, we have seen the individuals direct their questions and concerns directly to her which we recognize as a sign of trust. She is very positive, focused, and wonderful with the people we support.  

Niki has been a great addition to the team. Congratulations Niki!
