Kathleen Carlson, LSW SHE/HER 

Kathleen is a licensed social worker and has been practicing since 2008 when she started her career in long-term care. 

Kathleen delved into the world of guardianship and supported decision making when she joined the Center for Excellence in Supported Decision Making in 2016, where she holds the position of lead social worker on in-person assessments. In her role, Kathleen facilitates exploration of decision making options with people across the age spectrum experiencing varying levels of incapacity. 


Jazz Pharmaceuticals:

Brandon Eddy, RN

Care System Liaison for the LTC/IDD Team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Former group home nurse and Director of Nursing at Hammer Residences, with 12 years of experience serving in a variety of roles across the I/DD community.

Jean Gelpi M.S. 

National Long-Term Care-IDD Account Executive
25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
7 years of experience in the Market Access/LTC-IDD Space.
