Annual Halloween Party and Dance
The Phoenix Recreation Committee will be hosting the annual Halloween Party and Dance on Monday, October 28 from 6-8 pm at Ideal Hall in St. Paul. Treats such as cookies, cupcakes, and punch will be served. A costume contest will be held during the evening for both residents and staff.
