Come one, come all to the Annual Phoenix Halloween Party at Ideal Hall on Friday, October 24 from 6 pm—8 pm. Ghostly snacks and beverages will be provided as you dance the night away to a live band. Prizes will be awarded for the best costume for both staff and an individual we serve.
