Join us at the Capitol Thursday, April 30th!

There are just three weeks of the legislative session left, so now is an important time to advocate!

Your voice is needed to support essential, sustainable funding for Home and Community-Based Services in Minnesota. There are just three weeks of the legislative session left, so now is an important time to advocate!

5% Bill Status

  • The House has proposed a one-time 5% rate increase for Home and Community Based Services.  This means after one year, the rate would go back to the current rate.
  • The Senate has proposed no rate increase.  The Governor’s office also put forward no rate increase in his proposed budget.
  • Together we need to show legislators the strong support of The 5% Campaign
