Phoenix Residence Recognizes the September Manager of the Month

The Phoenix Residence would like to recognize Franswau Starks as the September Manager of the Month.  Franswau, a newer manager at Carver House, has hit the floor running!

Franswau has been instrumental in increasing community activity and outings at Carver such as participation at Made in the Shade, several shopping trips, and recently getting a Harley Davidson enthusiast to the Flood Run! 

Franswau has been a proven advocate for those who live at Carver House; making sure everyone is happy and content. Thank you Franswau for all you do at the Carver House!
