Happy Manager Appreciation Week!!
Every year, we take this week to thank our fantastic managers for the excellent work they are doing in all of our homes. To honor them, we're going to feature them all here and on our social media sites throughout the week. If you see your Program Manager or Assistant Program Director this week, please thank them for the wonderful job they are doing leading our staff. We'll start out with our North Group, featuring our Caswell and English House managers, and one of our Float Program Supervisors.
Kim Guderjan – Assistant Program Director & Chaparral House Manager

“I don't just have one favorite memory of the last year but multiple. I have enjoyed organizing and planning events involving our individuals. It wasn’t just about the fun—it was about building relationships. I saw deeper connections form between staff and residents, and even among the residents themselves. It reminded me why I love what I do: creating meaningful experiences that celebrate each person’s uniqueness and foster a sense of belonging.”
From Program Director Kim Phillips: “I am honored to recognize the outstanding contributions of Kimberly Guderjan, who has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication in overseeing five group homes. Her ability to manage complex operations with compassion and precision has created safe, supportive environments where both staff and residents thrive.
Beyond her operational excellence, she has also leads our Rec Committee with remarkable success. Through her creativity and commitment, the committee has become a vibrant part of our community—bringing joy, connection, and meaningful engagement to everyone involved.
With many years of service to our organization, Kim embodies the values we hold dear. Her deep institutional knowledge, unwavering reliability, and genuine care for others makes her an invaluable asset to our team and a role model for all. We are incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated leader whose impact is felt every day across our homes and programs. Thank you for everything you do every day!!”
Nicole Robinson - Caswell House
- Started in 2024 as Program Supervisor
“My favorite memories of the year were celebrating everyone's birthday! I love seeing when each one of them smiled seeing the house decorated for them and feeling special! We went all out for each one of their birthdays and did their favorite colors, theme, or tv show! I was talking with one today about their birthday tomorrow and the smile on her face reminded me that this is why I chose this career field to be in!”

Tyrisha Perry - Caswell House

Shelley Peltier - English House

- One of our longest-term managers
