Phoenix Recognizes DSP for Employee of the Month
The December Employee of the Month goes to Ashley Sharp from Douglas House.
Ashley Sharp has done so much for Douglas House in the past few months. She is such a bright light when she walks through the door; she makes everyone smile. Ashley makes every individual at Douglas House feel special and cared for. Ashley was working the day that we sent Eric out the door for the last time. She kept herself calm, cool and collected, and did what needed to be done. Without Ashley’s quick thinking and observations that day, who knows what would have happened. Her continued care for those at Douglas House does not go unnoticed, and she deserves to be recognized for her hard work and compassion.
