Program Manager - Afton

Come make a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities! The Phoenix Residence, Inc. provides person-centered, quality living experiences for individuals with disabilities. We currently provide services for 104 adults in 20 homes located in Dakota, Ramsey, and Washington counties.

The Phoenix Residence has a current opening for a full-time Program Manager in Afton, Minnesota. This position provides staff supervision, training, and writes program plans for individuals who live at the home. This position also manages all aspects of the home, including the care and well-being of the individuals.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of two years supervisory/management experience or a BA or BS degree in a related field, such as sociology, psychology, social services, or human services
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds, including lifting objects or transferring individuals
  • Holds valid driver's license; must pass the Motor Vehicle Check and have a clear driving record in order to drive company vehicles
  • Must maintain a flexible schedule, including the ability to work on weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work full time and assume 24-hour on-call responsibility
  • Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
