Andrew has been a big help at the Newport House over the past few weeks. Andrew is a great communicator with the team and the Community Living Coach about the needs at the home. He also has been fantastic with helping coordinate activities and driving individuals around the community. Andrew continues to have an extremely positive attitude while working and interacts genuinely and respectfully with those we serve.
We at Newport Home are extremely glad to have Andrew a part of the team! Thank you Andrew for all you do!
The Phoenix Residence would like recognize Alisha Pribble as the November Employee of the Month!
Alisha, from the Janet Court House, has recently taken the lead in supporting an individual who is dealing with some complicated health issues. She independently did research regarding the health issue and then shopped for food everyone could tolerate to prepare a special Thanksgiving dinner. She cooked the entire meal from scratch to ensure all individuals could partake in dinner and not feel excluded or need an alternative.
Alisha has also been very helpful with planning and facilitating community engagement activities – she recently took three shopping outings in the month of November. Alicia also ensured the individuals were prepared for winter and had all the items they needed such as hats, mittens, and coats to stay safe and warm.
Alisha is a hard worker that both staff members and the individuals can count on. Alisha keeps the home clean and always helps out when needed. There is no job or task too big for Alisha and she is a true support to us all. Thank you Alisha for all you do!
