Phoenix Residence Opens Eric's House

The Phoenix Residence is happy to announce the opening of our 19th home - named in honor of our board member, Eric Schultz.

The Phoenix Residence is happy to announce the opening of our 19th home, Eric’s House. Eric’s officially opened on March 5 and is named in honor of Eric Schultz, a board member since opening our first home in 1977.

Eric’s House is certainly unique, only occupied and staffed by women, and boasts many accessible features such as a walk-in whirlpool tub, adjustable countertops in the bathroom, and is in the process of installing ceiling lifts throughout the house. A den was included in the construction of the house which provides the needed space for activities and exercise equipment.

Many generous people and companies helped make Eric’s House a reality – a big thank you to:

  • Lowe’s Home Improvement - West St. Paul
  • Warners’ Stellian
  • K & L Building and Remodeling
  • CBL Flooring
  • South Robert Street Business Association

A special thank you to Lynn and Dave Myhr, parents of Emily, for providing many of the special touches, furnishings, and décor – truly making Eric’s House a home. Thank you for your generosity!

Meet a few of the wonderful ladies living at Eric’s . . . .
