Get ready to tee off for a day filled with sunshine, friendly competition, and the unmistakable thrill of a perfectly executed swing! We are thrilled to invite you to our most anticipated event of the year — the Russ Douglas Phoenix Golf Classic 2024!
Whether you're a seasoned pro or starting to discover the joy of golf, this tournament promises an unforgettable experience for players of all skill levels with our scramble format. We hope you can join us for a day on the course or from the comfort of your own home. There are so many ways to participate!

11 am: Registration Opens

12:30 pm: Shotgun Start
5:00 pm: Social Hour, Live Auction & Winners Announced
*We are bringing back the Silent Auction for the first time since 2019! We will open the Silent Auction two weeks before the event for everyone to bid on. Check back here or on our social media sites for the link to bid.
As an added bonus, you will also be supporting a deserving charity and making a positive impact in our community. All the proceeds from this event will go back to our Close the Gap campaign—providing our employees with the wages and benefits they deserve! 2.) Make a Donation! Fill out the Donation Form OR Visit our Donation Page to make your donation today! Any donation is greatly appreciated!
3.) Register to Golf
If you are a golfer, please consider hitting the greens all for a good cause! Our tournament is a scramble format, making it an enjoyable event for even the most novice golfer. Golf registration will be available in April. Please check back soon for it.
4.) Donate or Participate in Our Silent Auction
We are bringing back our Silent Auction! Donate gift cards, tickets, memorabilia, lessons or classes, gift baskets, movie tickets, weekend stay at a cabin or resort, flight for a vacation, an outdoor adventure, etc.! The possibilities are endless! The Silent Auction will open 2 weeks before the tournament, so you can even bid from home! Check back here or on our social media sites for the link to bid.
5.) Donate Wine or Craft Beer
Help us stock our Wine & Craft Beer Wall! Wine donations must be worth at least $20 per bottle or donate a 4- or 6-pack of your favorite craft beer.
6.) Buy or Sell Raffle Tickets
